Return Policy

• Once you receive the product, you have a period of 7 days to contact our team if there is an issue. We refund or replace the item, as long as the item is returned back in the original condition within a 14 day period.

• A tracking number must be provided for all return mail.

• We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

We can offer to replace your item or refund your amount, as long as the item is returned back in the original condition within 14 days with a tracking number.

The shipping and handling fees are not refunded; however, the full amount of the product is refunded to the customer in such a case.
